HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

Unlike normal PTs, my program initially entails an extensive physical, psychological and lifestyle examination, which allows me to work with clients to develop a program tailored to their unique needs. A comprehensive foundation is established before I prescribe any kind of training or dietary programs,  in other words - I employ a holistic approach! This often dramatically improves the effectiveness of training - which means a faster (and often cheaper) road to health, vitality and performance.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

it depends on your goal - build your home gym and equipment according to what you are aiming to achieve. If you want to achieve greater muscle hypertrophy, collect the traditional barbell and dumbell equipment. If your goal is oriented more around flexibility and fitness, yoga mats and a gym ball may be more appropriate. Figure it out as you go!

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

No - dietary advice and planning takes place during normal session times, as it is a cornerstone to my coaching method.

Standalone charges for dietary advice and planning follows standard consultation and session fees.
